Security Service: up- & downgrade

How to perform upgrades and downgrades for your Security Service in the Netstream Cloud Center.

The Netstream Cloud Center is your central hub for efficiently managing your services and subscriptions with Netstream. To order additional licences within a service or adjust the storage package, please proceed as follows.

Login

Log into your account on hub.netstream.cloud.

Service up- oder downgrade

  1. Select the service you want to upgrade or downgrade and click Manage.

  2. In the left-hand menu, select Upgrade or downgrade options.

  3. Enter the desired number of licences and click Click to continue >> to complete the order.

It may take a few minutes until the changes are provisioned.

Please note the applicable cancellation periods for downgrades. Upgrades are billed pro rata for the remaining term of the service.
